Now that we have been back on land for a few days, we have been catching up on some sleep, cleaning the boat, taking long walks exploring Lajes, comparing notes with other cruisers and getting tips on places to sail to in Europe. We will rent a car next week in order to explore more of the beautiful island of Flores - it has been a wonderful place to make landfall!
